Added internationalization support

i18n is always a topic: "Because God got angry at some point in time, computer programmers are forced to deal with localisation and internationalisation." One of the authors of typo3.org referred to the Babel problem. This page accepted the challenge, because several friends asked, why it has to be English. So from today on, more and more content will be translated back into my native language: German.

New page layout

After more than three years looking more or less the same, this page has reached a new generation. It's a CMS now, and the design has been changed. It's not ready by far, but it's on the way. I will add new stuff whenever I find the time for it. Stay tuned!
